China Bearing Industry Association's "National bearing special equipment development and application of technology seminar" in Luoyang
14-16 May 2014, China Luoyang Bearing Industry Association held a "national bearing special equipment development and application technology seminar," from the nation's leading bearing manufacturers, bearing special equipment manufacturing companies, design institutes (the machine ten homes) and universities, more than 200 representatives attended the meeting, the Ministry of Equipment Department Director Wang Jianyu attended the meeting and made an important speech.
At the meeting, China Bearing Industry Association presented the "national bearing industry," second five "development plan adjustment," and "bearing special equipment development guidance (draft)", for delegates to discuss. The machine ten homes, Luoyang Bearing Research Institute, Hunan University, reported the national bearing industry development situation and bearing equipment and technology trends. China Machine Tool Industry Association representative described the development of the machine tool industry.
Delegates considered: to vigorously promote the development and application of advanced bearing special equipment, special equipment behind to solve the bottleneck restricting the development of bearing industry issues, special equipment and technology to improve the level of quality to meet the needs of the development of high-end bearings, is to promote the upgrading of China's bearing industry in the re- heavy.
Bearing special equipment includes: forging and cars rolling equipment, heat treatment equipment, grinding and super-finishing equipment, assembly and testing equipment. Bearing special equipment developed to face bearing products, for bearing technology for bearing assembly. For special equipment requirements are: to improve the accuracy to maintain, improve performance stability and reliability, the development of automated on-line equipment. The current focus is to break the precision grinding and super-finishing equipment. According to information, to 2015, China bearing equipment market capacity is expected to reach 40 billion yuan.
China has formed a group bearing special equipment manufacturing companies, such as: Wuxi Machine Tool Plant, Anyang Sunrise NC Bearing Equipment Company, Puyang Pui Ying CNC machinery and equipment companies, the Hass Bot bearing technology research and development company, Anqing Machine Tool Plant, China Bearing Manufacturing over 3000 pieces bearing grinding and assembly production line over the use of domestic equipment. Experts believe: the development and manufacture of high-end bearings for industrial equipment required for the upgrade must be closely combined with the manufacturing and assembly process bearing products can make a difference.
